Since I head up customer service for KISS, I deal with any of the problems that come up. Shipments that get damaged or lost, production issues, and general questions. But that's not the total sum of the emails I get. Because of the hard work of the production crew, I get emails like these, too... This is from Errol Colon, I just wanted to take the time to tell you thank you for your exceptional customer service and most certainly the quality of product that you guys are pumping out over at "Kiss". From start to finish this has been "BY FAR" the easiest, simplest most relaxing wedding book order I have ever placed. I had the opportunity to meet Swan and some of the crew out in Tampa earlier in the year at Imaging USA, (thanks for the cool T-Shirt and funky "Foto Cabina" photo by the way) and appreciated his laid back personality and demeanor, felt more like rapping with a friend rather than a vendor, much respect to your work by the way. Anyhow, I've already delivered my clients wedding book and she loved it! Needless to say so did I. Thanks for becoming an asset to the growth of my business, I have truly enjoyed this experience. If you're ever in Orlando, shout out... I know a great lake front restaurant where they make a mean Mojito and some of the best Guacamole around.
