Just a quick note to let you know that we’ve updated our layout templates with some new information that should answer some common questions we’ve been having.

We’ve been receiving a lot of requests to be able to order more than 2 samples. Also, folks have explained they want to refresh their samples on a regular basis, so the limit of only 2 uses of the coupon was not helpful to them.

So, in response, we’ve made the following changes:

Some things to note. If you order 3 books and use the sample code, all 3 books in the order will be discounted, and all 3 will be branded. So, if you want to order 2 books–one a sample and one not, just enter the first order for your client as normal, process the transaction and then go back and do a second order with the SAMPLE code to get the discount. Just make a note in the notes field that explains to use the files from the previous order number to make the book.

If our ordering process wasn’t so simple and smooth, this would be a pain in the rear; but we know how fun it is to order, so you’ll get a cheap thrill out of it!

Thanks for all your feedback, we appreciate it! Be on the lookout in the next week or so for some announcements about further improvements to the quality of our books! If you have samples already, don’t worry–your clients won’t be able to tell the difference. The changes are mostly in spine toughness and page durability.
