Each year WPPI seems to get more and more exciting. This year KISS was thrilled about giving back to our customers. KISS customer’s are what makes us so great! (Can I get an Amen!!! ) Nothing tops giving away $40,000 in sample books, a Conga line around the trade show floor, our “dress to KISS” contest and more! Giving away money, ipads and ipods makes KISS giddy! If you didn’t believe it before, you should believe it now…We love our customers!!!!

Mike Larson spoke about “Defining your Style” as a photographer. The second half of his session Mike brought up a panel of very special guests! These included photographers Jose Villa, Mike Colon and Jesh DeRox. Heather and Kimberly from Style Unveiled also gave helpful advice on the panel about getting published and making your work stand apart from other photographers.

Zach and Jody Gray spoke about lighting on location to create dynamic and unique wedding images.

Here’s what Amber, an extraordinarily successful lifestyle baby photographer, had to say about KISS:

I’m a serious procrastinator when it comes to complicated busy work. I used to dread ordering albums. I would get a design finalized, and then it would sit on my to do list for an embarrassingly long time, because I couldn’t stand the complicated ordering process and the resulting disappointment that would occur when the albums arrived and I had to proof them for issues. Then KISS came on the scene, and ordering albums became the easiest part. My clients get their albums much sooner, because I no longer procrastinate.

In addition to the ease of ordering, it’s also nice to no longer feel stressed about proofing the album for issues. Actually, with KISS, I feel so confident that there will be no issues that I often drop ship to my clients.  Kevin and Shaun and their team are amazing. They inspire confidence… both in their product, and in their photographers.

It’s wonderful to have a partner who not only provides a spectacular product in a simple way, but also makes the process enjoyable. I’m quite a happy KISSer

Katrina Wheeler organized this awesome series of portrait shoots for families who lost everything in a flood in Atlanta. We wanted to share with you the ‘big reveal’ when one of the families was surprised on Christmas eve with some Little KISSes that we donated to the cause.

Fun announcements!

First… A dance-off. That’s right. Shake it for ShootQ and you could win six months of ShootQ’s amazing studio management for free . We’re planning on talking our hosts, the Boudoir Divas, into judging this intense competition.

Second… Get motivated with Pictage’s Passion martini! Pictage has recently reignited their company’s fire and they’re passing it on! Some great Pictage staff are coming down to mingle, so be sure to say thanks for all the new things they’re up to!
