If your order is placed by 12:00pm PST on Dec 1st, and your files are built to proper specificaitons, your order will ship on Dec. 19th. Please make sure you select the appropriate shipping for your location to ensure delivery before Christmas. If it's found that your files have errors that require re-uploading, we may be unable to meet the Christmas deadine. If you're ordering design, make sure you order at least a week earlier--and approve your design quickly!

We're working double-time to get all the Christmas orders out for the holiday and then KISS is taking some time off, ourselves. So, orders placed after the 12:00 deadline through the end of December will be mailed by the 22nd of Jan (15 working days from Jan 2nd). If we can get it out sooner, we will!

If you really need to get it there before Christmas, and you've missed the deadline, RUSH orders placed between December 1st and December 12th will be shipped on the 19th, with the rest of the Christmas orders. Anything ordered after the 12th we can't promise will get there in time.
