Non-RUSH: Dec 1st
If your order is placed by 12:00pm PST on Dec 1st, and your files are built to proper specificaitons, your order will ship on Dec. 21th. Please make sure you select the appropriate shipping for your location to ensure delivery before Christmas. If it's found that your files have errors that require re-uploading, we may be unable to meet the Christmas deadine. If you're ordering design, make sure you order 2 weeks earlier--and approve your design quickly!
RUSH IT! Dec 11th
If you really need to get it there before Christmas, and you've missed the deadline, RUSH orders placed between December 1st and December 11th will be shipped on the 21st, with the rest of the Christmas orders. RUSH orders incur a 40% additional fee. Anything ordered after the 12th we can't promise will get there in time. The deadline for the 11th is 12:00pm PST. Your files will need to be uploaded then, and check out OK for printing.
We're working double-time to get all the Christmas orders out for the holiday. KISS will be closed December 25th - Jan 1st. So, orders placed after the deadlines through the end of December will be mailed by the 22nd of Jan (15 working days from Monday, Jan 4th). If we can get it out sooner, we will!
