"You guys were awesome! Your message speaks volumes about the dedication to your business. Your willingness to share information that makes your business successful was generous. All of you spoke from your heart... and it's much appreciated! I would recommend this workshop to any photographer and look forward to future meetings with you guys!"

Get Simple is broken down into 4 parts:

Get and keep your client.
What are simple tricks to landing a client? How do you you handle your interviews? Are you turning your clients into evangelists? Do you surprise them, wow them? Do you know how to under-promise and overdeliver? Do you have it built into your standard workflow? How does something like taking your clients to dinner impact your bottom line?

Shoot your client.
What are simple tricks you can use during a shoot? Are you leading your clients or are you waiting for them to move? How can you make your clients more comfortable, more beautiful, and more excited about you and your work? How can you demonstrate confident leadership in the middle of a shoot? How will doing something like that affect your entire business, or even your community?

Edit your photos.
Are you trapped behind the computer for days after a shoot? Are you using the speedy Lightroom or are you still stuck in sluggish Photoshop? What would you do with the extra time if you could edit a wedding in 3-4 hours instead of 3-4 days?

"Get Simple alone was worth all the time and money we spent getting out to WPPI this year - thank you so much!"

Define your brand.
Does your brand stand out? Do people know what you stand for--and what you don't? Do you know how to select and defend a marketing position? Do you even know what a marketing position is? How does this affect your business?

Nathan Holritz:

Nathan is a father of two children and husband to Amber.

Kevin, just wanted to thank you and Shaun as well as Mike and Nathan for an awesome seminar in Las Vegas. Having spent a week at WPPI, it was certainly a highlight. I took away a lot of "simple" ideas that are going to help me in all aspects of my business. Handling the clients through workflow. Most importantly, I just felt I could relate. I used my $100 credit to order my first KISS album last week! Between the seminar, the pricey lunch, and the $100 credit, I feel like I stole from you!
